I use the sleep setting on my phone. It is helpful. Also if I want more non-phone time during the day, I use the do not disturb so I don't get distracted by the dings.
Maybe look at selling your art not as selling yourself. You are selling the perspective, enthusiasm and joy you experience doing your art to others.
Thanks Celia, I’m definitely feeling better these last several days. I love that I can shut notifications down with DND and Focus. It’s a great solution. As for the selling… hopefully it will get easier as I sell more!
